**Change of Ownership for Ponies**

As and from 1^st July 2014, new regulations are in force with regard to the transfer of ownership of ponies.   A special Form (attached) has to be completed by both Buyer and Seller (explanatory notes attached) and returned to the Irish Pony Society office together with the Passport and required fee within 30 days of the animal being sold.   All those intending to sell ponies should download copies of the official form.
