Along with a host of other classes, Athlone Agri Show are delighted to present a new and exciting class.
The Elite Connemara Mare Ridden Performance Class sponsored by Kiernan Plant Hire, Granard, Co. Longford.
Prize Fund € 500.00.
1st Prize € 250.00, 2nd € 150.00, 3rd € 100.00
CONNAUGHTONS PUB PERPETUAL CUP
Entry fee €15.00 Late entry €20.00
The aim of this class is to demonstrate traits of the Connemara pony, good temperament, ride ability, intelligence, soundness, surefootedness and suitability for child or adult.
Rules
1. Reg Connemara ponies must entered in the Connemara stud book 2. Open to Reg Connemara mares 4yr old and upwards
3. Rider must have attained their 14th birthday on 1st Jan 2016
4. Use of spurs not permitted
5. Championship will not take place unless sufficient entries
