Criteria for Open Classes at Championship Show

As there appears to be some confusion surrounding the criteria for entry in open classes at the IPS Championship Show, it has been decided that, for this year, showing cards do not have to have been signed by the judge and qualification does not apply to 1st and 2nd only but is open to any pony that holds a current showing card. However, the qualifying criteria for Elite and Prestige remains as per schedule.
