Judges on the Irish Pony Society’s Panel are appointed by the Council of the IPS annually for a period of one year only and all Judges must be paid up members of the IPS. Judges shall familiarise themselves with and comply with the Regulations and Recommendations of the IPS and the current IPS Rule Book.
