All stallions must have obtained prior permission from the IPS Council to compete at an IPS or IPS Affiliated Show. Ponies must be registered with IPS. Riders must have attained their 12th birthday on 1st January of the current year when riding stallions not exceeding 137.2cms. Stallions in excess of 137.20 cms must be ridden by riders who have attained their 14th birthday on 1st January of current year.
