It is no longer necessary for Stallions to obtain permission from the IPS prior to showing. However, if there are reports of poor behaviour from the Judges, the IPS reserves the right to review further participation.   Riders must have attained their 12th birthday on 1st January of the current year when riding stallions not exceeding 137.2cms. Stallions in excess of 137.20 cms must be ridden by riders who have attained their 14th birthday on 1st January of current year.  Stallions should wear a Stallion Badge on their Bridle.  It does not have to be an IPS Badge but Stallions must be clearly marked as such.
